Shipping Charges:
Flat Rate Shipping: PKR 199/-
This flat shipping fee applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight.

Free Delivery:
Enjoy free delivery on orders worth PKR 5000/- or more. No additional shipping charges will be applied to orders that meet this amount.

Expected Delivery Time:
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and other factors.

Flash Delivery Orders:

For Karachi: Your order will be delivered within 1-2 working days after the order is confirmed.
For Other Cities: Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days after the order is confirmed.
Note: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors such as:

* Invalid or incomplete delivery addresses
* Public holidays or national events
* Unexpected disruptions in the country or delivery network. We ask for your patience and understanding during such times.

Address Modifications:
> Once Dispatched, No Changes:
After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to change the delivery address, even if the order is a Cash on Delivery (COD) or prepaid order.
Please double-check your delivery address when placing the order to avoid any issues.

Order Cancellations:
> No Cancellations After Confirmation or Dispatch:
Once your order is confirmed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled or changed.
If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately after placing the order, but keep in mind that we might not be able to accommodate changes once processing begins.

> Fraud Status Check:
For all online payments (credit card, debit card, or other payment systems), your payment will go through a fraud status check. If the payment fails the fraud check, the order will be automatically canceled.
We take these precautions to protect both you and us from any potential fraudulent activity.

> Right to Cancel Orders:
Shevolve reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, which may include but are not limited to:

* Items being out of stock
* Errors in pricing or product details
* Any technical issues in the order processing system
* If we cancel your order for any of these reasons, we will notify you promptly and, if necessary, arrange for a full refund.
